About This Product
The Sedona by Lynx 36-inch built-in grill delivers variable power from three stainless steel burners combining for up to 69,000 BTU, with ceramic radiant briquettes for dependable, even performance and direct spark ignition with battery backup. The expansive grilling surface provides 891 square inches of cooking capacity (618 primary, 273 secondary) on stainless steel grilling grates. The ready rotisserie system includes a dedicated 14,000 BTU rotisserie back infrared burner, heavy-duty motor, spit rods and forks - everything needed for slow roasting right out of the box. The Lynx Hood Assist makes the hood easy to open with a smooth fluid rotation handle, while understated luxury shows in the brushed stainless steel finish on the canopy, bullnose and drip tray. Dual halogen grill surface lights and blue-lit control knobs make evening grilling effortless, a temperature gauge provides quick visibility, and heavy-duty welded front hood construction eliminates gaps where grease can collect. IMPORTANT: installation into a combustible enclosure requires an insulated jacket accessory (Lynx LIJ600, sold separately, not included); for non-combustible applications the grill drops into the standard countertop cutout of 35 in W x 21 1/4 in D x 10 in H (with a 9/16 in built-in overhang notch; recommended countertop thickness 1 1/4 in), supported by its countertop flange. Minimum clearances to adjacent combustible construction are 12 in from the sides and 6 1/4 in from the back, both below the countertop surface and for construction extending above it; do not use under unprotected overhead combustible construction (a vent hood is required for combustible overhead construction and highly recommended for non-combustible overhead). The enclosure should have ventilation holes to prevent gas build-up, with at least two equally sized openings within 5 in of the top on two adjacent sides plus floor-level ventilation openings. A 2 in diameter round hole must be located at the rear of the grill cutout for the gas and electrical connections, and the 120V GFI outlet must be located within 6 ft of that hole. Minimum 1/2 in ID gas pipe is required after the shut-off valve (Lynx recommends 3/4 in gas lines), with an easily accessible shut-off installed by a qualified plumber. Backed by the Sedona by Lynx warranty: one-year full warranty, 90-day cosmetic warranty, five-year limited warranty on the stainless firebox, drip tray, rotisserie burner, warming racks, spit rods, manifolds and gas valves, and a fifteen-year warranty on stainless steel burners, control panel, bullnose, hood canopy, rear hood assembly and stainless grates (see lynxgrills.com/customer-care/warranty/sedona-by-lynx-warranty for full terms).
