Estimating & Budget Support
Get practical construction-cost input while your design is still being developed. Send us a preliminary plan, concept, or project scope and we can help provide installation pricing guidance so the design and the client's expectations stay aligned.
Constructability Review
We can review designs for practical installation considerations including site access, grading, drainage, retaining conditions, material availability, utilities, and other field conditions that could affect construction.
Design Intent Protection
Your design remains the plan. We work from the designer's drawings and specifications and communicate with you when field conditions, material availability, or construction requirements could require a meaningful change.
Priority Partner Estimating
Projects submitted through our Designer Partner Program receive direct review by our team and priority estimating whenever scheduling allows.
Complete Installation Capability
Our team can coordinate multiple elements of an outdoor project so designers do not have to find a different installer for every component.

Completed Project Photos
With homeowner permission, we will provide Designer Partners with photographs of the completed project so they can document the finished result of their design for their portfolio, website, or client records.

$599 Designer Partner Project Credit
Clients introduced to The Outdoor Company through a participating Designer Partner may receive a $599 credit toward a qualifying installation project.
The designer's professional fees remain completely separate. The credit is provided by The Outdoor Company and does not reduce or replace the designer's fee.

Applied toward qualifying installation projects for clients introduced by a participating Designer Partner.
Designer Partner Project Credit applies to qualifying installation projects of $10,000 or more. One credit per project. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Final eligibility is determined by The Outdoor Company.

We review field conditions and prepare the installation proposal.
Construction
Our team coordinates and completes the installation while respecting the design intent.
Completion
We complete the final walkthrough and, with homeowner permission, provide completed-project photographs back to the designer.
