About This Product

The Napoleon Built-In 700 Series 32-inch Gas Grill with Rear Infrared Burner brings premium grilling to a custom outdoor kitchen. Premium stainless construction with integrated trim pairs with 0.354 in. (9.5 mm) thick stainless steel WAVE cooking grids that are virtually maintenance free and deliver Napoleon's iconic sear marks. Four stainless steel main burners plus one infrared rear rotisserie burner deliver 66,000 BTU total (the rear burner's individual output is not separately published). Main cooking area is 29.5 in. x 18 in., with 786 sq in of total cooking area. The battery-free fail-safe JETFIRE ignition lights burners immediately with a jet of flame, and the ACCU-PROBE temperature gauge keeps searing, smoking, roasting, rotisserizing and baking precise. A commercial-grade rotisserie kit is included and stores in the integrated rotisserie storage below the barbecue. Ergonomic control knobs are backlit, glowing blue and changing to red when in use, and integrated halogen lights illuminate the cooking area after dark. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates team with angular, perforated grease management plates to channel drippings away from the burners, improving grease collection and reducing the risk of flare-ups. Designed specifically for ease of installation, with integrated trim, an extra-long flex line, longer electrical wiring and a 2 in. cut-out tolerance on the standard 32 in. footprint. Electrical power from a GFI-protected outlet is required for the lighting and knob electronics; the power cord connects to the electrical box on the back of the grill. Natural gas models operate at 7 in. water column and propane models at 11 in. water column. Backed by Napoleon's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
