About This Product

The Napoleon Built-In 700 Series 32-inch Griddle transforms outdoor cooking in a custom outdoor kitchen. Made from premium 304 stainless steel, it features a robust 430 stainless steel cooking surface and a convenient removable lid that covers the cooking surface or removes entirely to suit your setup. Two high-performance U-shaped stainless steel burners deliver 24,000 BTU across a 29.5 in. x 17 in. cooking surface (500 sq in total — up to 28 burgers), and the dual-zone control system with an integrated baffle creates two distinct temperature zones for preparing multiple dishes simultaneously. Starts are effortless with the one-touch integrated ignition system, and the SafetyGlow PLUS control knobs glow red when the gas is on and blink red if the flame goes out, for added safety. Cleanup is simple with front-access grease management — an easy-to-remove front grease tray and an integrated scraping tool. The griddle installs into an industry-standard 32 in. footprint with a 30-32 in. wide x 19.4-19.75 in. deep cut-out, and the cabinet must be non-combustible unless the corresponding Napoleon Zero Clearance Liner (BI-3623-ZCL, sold separately, optional) is installed. Electrical power from a GFI-protected outlet is required for the ignition, knob lighting and flame-sensor electronics; the power cord connects to the electrical box on the back of the appliance. If installed under overhead combustible construction, the appliance must be used only in conjunction with a suitable UL 710 or ULC S646-approved heavy duty vent hood. Natural gas models operate at 7 in. water column and propane models at 11 in. water column. Backed by Napoleon's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
