The Primo Oval XL 400 is Primo's most popular ceramic grill, offering the largest cooking area in the lineup for custom masonry, CMU, or cabinet outdoor kitchens — enough grilling space to cook for 10 or more people. The patented oval shape offers superior cooking efficiency and true two-zone cooking, so you can grill and roast simultaneously, and the premium-grade ceramic shell works as a grill, an oven, a roaster, and a smoker. Cooking area is 400 sq in. with 280 sq in. more from the optional rack system (680 sq in. total possible), an 18.5 in. x 25 in. reversible cooking grid, and a published temperature range of 151-850°F+ controlled with the cast iron top vent, daisy wheel, and stainless steel draft door, monitored by an easy-to-read thermometer. Sized for 8 whole chickens, 2 whole turkeys, 12 steaks, 20 burgers, or 10 racks of ribs. Weighs 250 pounds per the current manufacturer product page.
