About This Product

The Primo Oval Large 300 is perfect for cooking large amounts of food, and the patented oval shape offers superior cooking efficiency and accessibility for a custom masonry, CMU, or cabinet outdoor kitchen. Two distinct cooking zones let you grill and roast simultaneously, and the premium-grade ceramic shell works as a grill, an oven, a roaster, and a smoker. Cooking area is 300 sq in. with 195 sq in. more from the optional rack system (495 sq in. total possible), a 15 in. x 22 in. reversible cooking grid, and a published temperature range of 151-850°F+ controlled with the cast iron top vent, daisy wheel, and stainless steel draft door, monitored by an easy-to-read thermometer. Sized for 6 whole chickens, 1 whole turkey, 12 burgers, or 8 racks of ribs. Weighs 152 pounds. Made in the USA — the only ceramic grill made in America. Sold as the grill head only; carts, cradles, tables, and All-In-One packages are separate purchases. Installation uses Primo's current new-hinge cut-out template.
