About This Product
The Napoleon Built-In 500 Series 32-inch Gas Grill is designed to build seamlessly into a custom outdoor kitchen, with integrated trim for a clean, flawless installation and premium stainless construction for long-lasting quality. Four stainless steel main tube burners deliver 48,000 BTU total, and each burner features crosslighting so all burners light and remain lit. The battery-free JETFIRE ignition system lights burners immediately with a jet of flame. Cooking area is 29.5 in. x 18 in. (531 sq in) on 7.5 mm thick stainless steel WAVE cooking grids that produce Napoleon's iconic sear marks, with 786 sq in of total cooking area including the warming rack (about 32 burgers). Dual-level stainless steel sear plates catch and vaporize drippings while protecting the stainless steel tube burners, and the ACCU-PROBE temperature gauge keeps searing, smoking, roasting, rotisserizing and baking precise. A rotisserie is optional and not included; the 500 Series does not include interior lighting or backlit control knobs. Installation requires a 30-32 in. wide x 19.4-19.75 in. deep countertop cut-out with a 10.25 in. minimum opening height, a readily accessible manual gas shut-off valve upstream of the unit, and a non-combustible cabinet frame and cabinet unless the corresponding Napoleon Zero Clearance Liner (BI-3623-ZCL, sold separately) is installed. A flexible metal gas connector is included; natural gas models operate at 7 in. water column and propane models at 11 in. water column. Backed by Napoleon's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
