About This Product

The Gozney Dome XL (Gen 2) is a new era of cooking with fire - 90% bigger than the original Dome, with room to cook three pizzas at once and designed to handle full-scale feasts for family and friends. The hybrid fuel system lets you cook your way: wood for rich, smoky intensity, charcoal for slow, earthy depth, or gas for clean, quick heat (a natural gas version is also available). A signature lateral rolling flame wraps food in consistent, even heat, while commercial-grade 3-layer insulation wraps the oven and floor for maximum thermal efficiency and rock-steady temperatures - up to 950 degrees F. The 30mm removable cordierite stone floor delivers consistent, high-temperature performance and can be replaced without tools. Restaurant-grade performance is made effortless: a built-in digital console displays real-time air and stone temperature with a cook timer, twin meat probes track two cuts independently, and push-turn gas ignition offers smooth, incremental flame adjustment from gentle heat to a rolling flame. A rechargeable USB-C battery powers the digital dock with no apps and no wires, and a fully serviceable component architecture means every internal system can be accessed, repaired or upgraded over time. The oven arrives fully assembled and ready to go, straight out of the box (four people are recommended for unboxing). PLACEMENT: the Dome XL (Gen 2) is a countertop/freestanding outdoor appliance - place it on a chosen surface that is completely level, stable and capable of easily holding 161 lbs (no countertop cutout is required; Gozney recommends a work-surface height around 3 ft 11 in from the ground), then fit the flue pipe and flue cap. Keep 2 in (5 cm) around the base of the dock for airflow - nothing may block the dock - and maintain 1 ft (30 cm) clearance from combustible construction at the back and sides and 3 ft 4 in (1 m) at the front; the appliance must never be operated in enclosed areas, in a building or garage, under an apartment or balcony, or on boats or recreational vehicles. For covered outdoor areas (pergolas, gazebos, porch canopies, verandas), the flue must be installed by a certified flue engineer, terminate above the roof structure, and maintain a minimum 13.7 in (350 mm) clearance from the top of the oven to non-combustible covered structures. OUTDOOR USE ONLY. Warranty: 1-year manufacturer's warranty as standard, extended to a 5-year limited warranty when the product is registered with Gozney within 60 days of purchase.
