The Bull 38-inch Brahma Drop-In Grill brings professional-grade performance to a custom outdoor kitchen. Built from 304 stainless steel engineered to resist rust, corrosion, and the demands of outdoor cooking, it features five cast stainless steel main burners plus a 15,000 BTU infrared back burner - 90,000 BTUs of total cooking power - with instant piezo ignition, steady high temperatures, and precise control for searing, roasting, or slow grilling. The cooking surface provides 943 sq in of total cooking space, including a 223 sq in stainless steel warming rack, on solid stainless steel cooking grates beneath a single-piece, dual-lined hood that helps retain heat. A heavy-duty thermometer and a twin lighting system with halogen lights add convenience whether grilling during the day or into the evening, and the grill is commercially certified NSF and CSA. IMPORTANT: the rotisserie kit is no longer bundled with the next-generation Angus Premium, Brahma Premium, and Diablo Premium grills - it is available separately as an accessory, and the infrared back burner supports rotisserie cooking when used with that kit. Built-in installation requires a non-combustible enclosure - Bull's published countertop cut-out dimensions are for non-combustible construction only, and Bull's 38-inch Insulated Grill Jacket (SKU 47018, sold separately, not included) is the compatible insulated jacket for this grill head. LP models ship with a regulator hose assembly (11 in. W.C. inlet pressure) and require integral retention of the LP cylinder (Bull retention system SKU 16674 for built-in applications); NG models ship with an NG regulator (4 in. W.C. at the outlet) and the installer supplies the shut-off valve and supply hose. AC power on a GFCI-protected circuit is required for the interior and control-panel lighting, with the transformer mounted to the grill enclosure at least 6 inches above the ground. Backed by Bull's limited warranty: lifetime on the insert assembly, the grates, and cast stainless steel burners; 1 year on the rotisserie burner, transformer, and all components of the lighting system (see Bull's warranty policy for full terms and exclusions - original consumer purchases only).
